香港互聯網康泰時攝影會舉辦活動改進會員攝影技巧及會員間之友誼。活動包括定期會員會議、攝影活動和互聯網上討論區等。

會長、事務局長、理事及會計每兩(2)年選出一次。

會長負責本會之管理。否則, 事務局長可暫時代理會長職務直至選出新一任會長。

6.

本會可邀請指導出席活動。

7.

年終會員大會於1月舉行。其它會議將按需要而舉行。

8.

本會活動經費由會費及會務收入支付。

9.

本會財政年度為每年之1月到12月。

10.

會員會議於1月、4月、7月和10月舉行。

11.

本會規及其條文之增加、刪除或修正需有一半以上之會員書面讚成。

Hong Kong Internet CONTAX CLUB holds activities to improve photography skills and mutual friendship for the members. These activities include regular member meetings, photography tours, and discussion forum on Internet etc.

Chairman, General Secretary, Board of Members and Accountant are to be elected every two (2) years.

Chairman has the responsibility for the management of the club. Otherwise, the General Secretary can take over the responsibility of the Chairman until the voting of new Chairman.

6.

Advisor (s) can be invited for activities.

7.

Annual member meeting holds in January every year. Other meetings can be held if necessary.

8.

The club activity shall be managed with membership fee and other income.

9.

Fiscal year of the club activity is from January to December yearly.

10.

The club will hold meeting every January, April, July and October.

11.

Any items in this regulation can be added, deleted or amended with the written acceptance of more than half of the members in the club.
